A mild flavoured kid friendly dip that's great as a snack or sandwich spread.

Ingredients

Cooked Sweet Potato
steamed or baked

tin
Chickpeas
drained and rinsed
1 - 2
Tbs
Tahini
to taste
1/2 - 1
Tbs
Lemon Juice
to taste
1/8 - 1/4

Cumin
to taste
1/4 - 1/2
tspn
Garlic Powder
to taste

Water
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a processor. Process until smooth.
Taste to check flavour amounts. Adjust to taste then process.
Dip will keep in a sealed container for 3 - 4 days in the fridge.
