Creamy Berry and Cauliflower Smoothie

Cauliflower florets

Water

Maple Syrup
(or two dates)

Vanilla Essence

Raw Cashews

Banana

Rolled Oats

Frozen Mixed Berries

Baby Spinach
Instructions
Cauliflower
Prepare a baking tray by lining with a sheet of baking paper. You could also use a silicone sheet.
Steam cauliflower florets until soft.
Rinse cauliflower in cold water to cool it. Once cool, spread over prepared tray in a single layer. Freeze for approximately 4 hours or overnight.
Smoothie
Add all ingredients to a blender, with the liquid at the bottom. Blend until smooth.
