Banana Berry Smoothie

Soy Milk
or other plant based milk

Handful Baby Spinach

Whole Banana

Instructions
Add ingredients to a blender starting with the liquid to help it mix.
Blend until smooth and serve.
Notes
I use frozen banana, berries and spinach in this smoothie, but you can also use fresh. Just add some ice to keep it cool.
